These are incredibly unique times. And ‘unique’ is probably the kindest way of putting it. Let’s
be honest: things are scary; things are surreal and a bit crazy; things are uncertain and unsettled; and things, with all the transitions that are occurring, are most definitely unbalanced. So how do we find balance in this new unbalanced world we’re living in? How do we create a balanced world for our children when we ourselves can barely wrap our heads around all that is happening? I am not the expert on this. But I thought I could provide some meaningful and helpful hints, taken from my own professional and personal experience, for finding balance right now. I encourage everyone to remember these three important ideas: Gratitude, Structure, and Adjusting Expectations.

Hi all! I hope everyone is staying safe and practicing healthy habits (i.e. washing their hands for 20 seconds, practicing physical distancing from others) as we transition to e-learning with our MRH community. Now there is a lot of information available about helpful practices to cope with our time at home and the wide range of feelings many of us may have about the Coronavirus with our children.
